Pygeum with Saw Palmetto

I have better results when taking the two together (synergistic). You when your hair feels like it is slightly burning and you take a DHT blocker and it goes away, that is a way to meter it.

Here is what the herb Pygeum is chemically made of:

Pygeum bark contains three groups of active constituents: phytosterols (including beta-sitosterol), pentacyclic triterpenoids (including ursolic and oleaic acids) and ferulic esters of long-chain fatty alcohols (including ferulic esters of docosanol and tetracosanol).

I also take:

Nettles
Green Tea
Primrose Oil

and I try to eat foods that contain a lot of b-vitamins like eggs, rice bran, nutritional yeast, and bee pollen.

how is your fallout and your hair overall,
I have been taking that combo of dht blockers for 8 yrs, you need to add
nettles if you can
also a super hair vitamin helps immensely get one with 2000mcg timed released biotin

I take Nettles as well. I’m at a Stage 9 on the hairloss chart, and have been holding steady there for around 10 years. My hair has thicker shafts and feels healthier, but the regrowth has been up and down. Like at some point you go up a stage and then may fall back down again. Typical.

if you respond to natural dht blockers you will stablilize your hair but regrowth will only occur in thinning areas not bald areas
at least that is my experience

Do NOT get carried away by taking a multitude of supposed things that block DHT. Look into the actions of each herb and see if it BALANCES your hormones.

The combination you describe is a very good one.
Pygeuum helps with inhibiting Estradiol. Saw Palmetto helps with DHT.
The only thing I would suggest is that you may want to try “Beta sis” rather than Saw Pametto.

Pete
