Right. My point still stands, cal. To refresh your memory, I wrote, “So you think wounding alone can reliably grow hair?”.

Emphasis on the word “reliably”. I am NOT talking about anecdotal, idiosyncratic reactions.

I am talking about reliable hair growth which can lead to a viable treatment.

Superficial wounding doesn’t reliably always cause scarring either. But it’s not in question whether the scarring process can happen.

There isn’t a whole lot of scalp dermabrasion going on in MPB circles. We don’t give ourselves a ton of opportunity to find it happening either way.

But many guys have gotten the occasional stray terminal follicle from needling/dermarolling. (I’m talking about a full-terminal hair by itself, sometimes located whole centimeters away from the nearest full terminal like it. It’s definitely something oddball happening.)
