This patient (Branco) was treated before 8 months using a FUE hair transplantation.
3000 grafts, or about 6000 hairs were removed from the donor area and placed in the front and upper part of the head.
The hair loss was unevenly distributed and therefore an ‘intelligent’ implantation pattern had to be used.
In the areas where most of the hair was lost the density used was higher than in places where there was less hair loss.
Graft count
A graft count is a very good tool for both the patient and the hair transplantation team to verify the level of quality. At our clinic each graft is controlled, sorted and counted. After the treatment each patient can request his personal graft count. Any reputable hair transplant procedure disposes over a graft count.
Graft count of this patient:
1 hair grafts 864
Two hair grafts: 1654
3 hair grafts 612
4 hair grafts: 41
5 hair grafts: 1
3172 total grafts.
» Can we see some donor close up shots shaved? Or high res Pictures? Would be
» interesting to see if white dots etc are there
Sorry but this is already High definition video footage.
And YES you will see white dots if he decides to shave to the bone. Any FUE will leave small white dots if you shave to the bone. On some men with darker skin complexion it will be very visible and for some men with very fair skin it will be virtually invisible.
Just as a reference. This is a picture from another patient.
He had 2 strips done in the past and just 10 days ago he had 2400 grafts FUE at our clinic.
Eventhough his hair is only about 5 mm long the only really visible items are the linear strips. He will have to grow out his hair longer to cover his strip scarring.
