Potential near-term breakthrough treatments

There are potentially at least 2 blockbuster treatments developing
for the near term. We will know more about their potential efficacy
in October. These 2 treatments are the new Replicel treatment and
SM05445. They may both turn out to be sh!t but right now they
represent real hope for a breakthrough.

Can anyone else think of any potential breakthrough treatments for
the near term. By near term I mean within 2 years.
