Here is an update of my result. These photos were taken over the least two days. I am currently 3.5 months form my 3rd procedure which was to thicken zones 1, 2 and 3, so the results you see here are pretty much from the first two procedures.
Growth should really start to kick in from my 3rd procedure soon and will really thicken up the front even more.
So far I am thrilled. I look like a different person and I have a lot more growth to come. The crown has come in great and the hairline is stylable when wet or dry.
The transformation so far has been great and I look forward to the new growth I will be seeing over the next 4 months or so from my last procedure in April.
When people who haven’t seen me over the last year run in to me they can’t believe it!!
I have had over 7,000 grafts so far all FUE and Dr. Armani said I have more left in my donor if I ever need an additional procedure to thicken any areas.
Graft Breakdown
Surgery 1 - 3520 ZONES 1 AND 2
Surgery 2 - 2300 CROWN
Surgery 3 - 1470 ZONES 2 AND 3 ONLY 3.5 MONTHS OUT
I’ve been waiting to see an update from you. It looks good, especially with the area that had to be covered! Really hope the latest procedure works well for you. Also looks like you lost some weight, congrats
What did Armani tell you about your hair characteristics before you got your first surgery? I was told I had average/below average characteristics and it has me pretty hesitant. It’s definitely a tough decision, but I bet you’re happy now that you’ve gone through with it–you’re look is much improved.
You results are nice looking even just right now. Getting this work done was probably a decision you will never regret.
Any donor-area shots? I am very curious what 7k looks like at a short length.
And do you know how far they ventured out of the typical “safe zone” for the donor grafts? (I am assuming they probably did some, just to spread out the thinning. I am not criticizing that move if they did.)
» Burberry, you have a fantastic result. Going from a nw6 to where you are
» now is amazing. You don’t even look like the same person. Great
» improvement!
I think it’s important to point out as well, although the improvement has already been dramatic, Burberry still has a lot of growth and thickening to come.
He just hit the 1 year mark for his crown procedure, so he has atleast 6 more months of growth and thickening there. As well, he is only 3 months out from his latest procedure, so growth has not even started yet from that session.
He already looks fantastic, and he’ll look simply amazing once his latest two sessions are fully grown out.

I think this is the best scalp only FUE result I have ever seen. Is this do-able for most? Did he have a very high donor density? As another poster asked, could we see a donor shot. All the same at the length of hair he uses it is not an issue. Fantastic!

Really? Don’t get me wrong, I am happy for him. However, the top of his head is still very thin, you can see he is combing his hair forward in order to get more coverage.

Sure but excluding his last surgery that has not grown through, he has had less than 6000 grafts and he has covered a large area. when you see those thick looking results they are invariably from a smaller area more densly packed or the photography does not show the area left untouched. If this was a strip result it would be good but the fact that it is FUE and over 6000 extractions without obviouse depletion is what, in my view, makes it fantastic (in the real full birds eye shot) world.
No I don’t comb my hair to cover the front matter fact my hair was much longer than what u see in the pic i cut it down soon i’ll post more pics when it grows out more…the area that you are referring to is the area that I had my last procedure…what you see is only 3 month out and im very happy how things are turning for me looking back at my before photos thats a huge improvement.

do you use propecia?do you think it had anyhting to do with your results?is it possible that you are a good responder?Dont get me wrong its just because I ve seen better transformations from propecia than transplants and i am always a bit sceptical
look at this guy for example i hope he doesnt mind using his pics…he is on the big 3 and never had any hair transplant!

Those pics show an extraordinary result but I do feel a little confused when looking at the areas transplanted. The crown area seems far thicker in the periphery of the balding area and this was not transplanted. In fact it looked a lot thicker even after one month. In a case like this a detailed explanation would be reasonable.
2300 FUE grafts were placed in the crown area that you’re referring to. I am a little confused by your question if you can please make it more clear I’ll be more than happy to answer it for you.

Dr. Armani said I had average donor, which is all the more impressive that he has been able to take over 8,000 grafts FUE from me and said I still have enough donor left for a whole nother surgery. Dr. Armani did an awesome job preserving my donor. As you can see by my two photos, below, the left is my donor before, and the right is me now. My donor looks the same before my first procedure up until now. I cannot tell I had anything done. It’s really amazing.

Burberry, could you post some clear donor pics? this looks more like the crown than donor.
