Nizoral still nightly

still applying the nizoral cream, 2 percent…nightly , waiting for results

I expect none since that area is devoid of hair for 20 yrs

however even in the mid 90s i would still get baby hairs there so maybe there is still some hope

we shall see
i will apply it to the front top which is difficult to do, much easier to apply to a bald spot than a hairy spot
that area should get some nice thickening and lengthening, since so much hair is there already

How is your scalp reacting to it? Any problems, irritation?

Haniging i have noticed that you have recently jumped on the nizoral bandwagon. i have used i for 10 years as my only product to slow the loss. it has slowed the loss but MPb has progressed, i have been using niz 3-4 times per week.

I recommend you google other forums like hairloss…elp and look into Keto Mouse and extina.

Which are new topicals that we are trialling. Basically a ketoconazole topical and the minoxidil versa foam delivery vehicle.

Creams do not perform as well as these foams for Psoriasis and dandruff. And i would think for MPO also.

I am hoping that since I have stopped my hairloss and gotten great regrowth alreasdy, for the last 8 yrs with my internal dht blockers that the nizoral will do something, but i dont expect miracles
Im just going by gc1961 results and the japanese study results, the japanese guys were much younger but gc is similar age, those are the only startling results for bald areas i have seen

keto is in the nizoral 2 percent
I would not expect any one product or supplement on its own to work though
if i stopped for example my maxi hair and minerals i expect my hair to go downhill fast, sasme with my saw palmetto nettlees etc

i didnt take hair specific photos over the 10 years, but looking back i can see what happened clearly in my memory.

the improvement was gradual and it peaked about 1.5 to 2 years after commencing nizoral. i regrew a fair bit of hair on the front and the rest thickened immensely. This maintained for nearly 5 years, and then the slide began again. Until 10 years later i am worse than i started in the front, thats why i have had a HT.i did not use anything else.

So yes NIZ works. Now we are trially a better topcial than the shampoo and better the cream. Saying that if you are using the cream long term i would imagine that it has better absorption than the shampoo.

Anyway i highly recommend you look into the new topicals Ketto Mouse and Extina, i have posted about them on HLH, and their have been studies that show they outperform shampoos/lotions and the creams. they are also like minox foam in that they are not greasy and dont dry your hair like shampoo.

Good luck !
