nizoral cream update, I used it only for two months june and july, was really pleased then got a huge shed, and stopped using it, was scared
then now 8 months later i feel my hair looks way better than it has in the last five years, the shed grew back, also i am way out of my regimen, i made like a 6 months supply last me a year, and I have not even taken my regimen more than once or twice a week for about three months. before this was a sure way to disaster, my hair would deteriorate at lightning speed
surprisingly, despite me being out of my regimen really, my hair looks way better than it did several years ago,
must be the nizoral cream its the only thing i changed, and that i was only on it for two months

Get hold of shampoo that helps to reverse the “immune response”
I had a HT in July 07. As I had pretty severe thinning, I could only cover the front and top but not the crown. In Sept. 07 I started using Niz cream and emu on the crown. I apply it rather liberaly every other day. There may be growth there may not be, I can’t really tell as the HT hair density makes all the adjacent hair look thinner. Just wanted to say that there has been no miracles here with Niz.

Currently I take a myriad of supplements, some of which are supposedly helpful for hair quality. Those can be found at http://www.hairloss-research.org/ProtocolMen08.html. As for drugs, I have been taking Avodart almost since it first came on the market. In addition, I will probably get Revita when I run out of my current shampoo.
But is that what i was saying back then its to early after 2 months to say of something is working or not ? Becuase the shed hair grew back and better ?
Now what is your plan , will you keep using it and will you please take photos to prove your results

How many times and when do you apply Nizoral? I am using Rogaine foam too. Any problem there?

daily after shower
however I found that if you shower once daily this presents a problem i do not think putting it on and leaving it on for almost 24 hours is a good thing, I found shampooing it out after 2 or 4 hours seems to make more sense
or to make it easier how about several hours before shower, just wet your head with water, damp dry, then apply the cream, then shampoo out a few hours later at the regular time
