Is there a reason why it is usually PRP and not exosomes that is used in conjunction with hair transplants? PRP usually more effective than exosomes for hair transplants?

yeah, it 's a luxury , well more like fantasy , to be able to comb my hair like he did in the video, I missed the days when I was able to apply gel and styling products to my hair, run my fingers through my hair . Sad depressing video
