New Acell plan in action

» I like your plan of fue vs strip and Cole has a lot of FUE experience. I’m
» just concerned with cole’s experience with Acell. He’s admitted having
» problems finding a vehicle to use to administer the Acell. Said He had
» clumping issues etc. Hitzig seems to be beyond that so it seems Cole is
» behind and doesn’t reach out to Hitzig for advice. Instead he’s doing is
» own trial and error at your expense.
»
» Cole recently posting on using hyaluronic acid for delivery (rather than
» arterial blood?) so it seems he’s still experimenting while Hitzig has
» found the sweet spot.

Dr Hitzig has posted little evidence, its just speculation and dubious photos. He might be telling the truth but we dont know.

What we do know with Dr Cole is that you will get world class transplant regardless whether the ACell works, and he has posted no questionable photos with ACell, he documents scientifically and with no bias and what he has shown is exciting, but he still remains conservative in estimations (ie if he hasn’t seen it happen with proof, then he won’t claim ‘the cure is almost here’ like Hitzig seems to have). Therefore if it is anyone who you should trust it is Dr Cole. Infact he is the only Dr on that thread that I trust.

I wonder whether or not Dr. Hitzig EVER, indeed, read Dr. Jung Chul Kim’s “studies” (more accurate “anecdotal observations/reports”) …

“These apparently CONTRADICTORY results indicate that both proximal and distal areas of the hair follicle should contain follicular stem cells that can induce [differentiated] hair growth.”

True or untrue? Contain BOTH areas of the hair follicle follicular stem cells?

TRUE:

So let me explain a bit more. What I’ve emailed him about was to basically perform the surgery to either end up backing Hitzigs/Cooleys claims or to debunk them. So I would ask him to deliver the Acell/PRP just like Hitzig does but use his technique of FUE which is called CIT which as I understand is a minimum depth extraction that allows the patient to retain as much tissue as possible. With that tissue present the Acell may be able to regrow skin with the follicle as he has seen a little bit of already. I think with the examples Hitzig has provided with closures on FUT with some hair growing back through where the sutures are made the same delivery on the CIT should cause regrowth. I personally think this a win-win situation for everyone (minus me having to shave my donor again at some point) because the hope is that I get regrowth in the donor, an excellent transplant doctor who can provide excellent results in my recipient and hopefully a higher hair count with Acell and we can find out more about the potential of Acell.

From a forum that has many skeptical people (which is a healthy thing) I’m getting a lot of support and I think if I get the thumbs up, I will get it done as soon as I possibly can and I hope to be able to provide you guys with positive results and a new found confidence in Acell’s ability to help the hair loss community. Keep your fingers crossed guys and hope for a win.

Iron.Man could you post a picture with those two different areas for people to visualize because i bet some strange things will occur if its not visualizing.

I am skeptical of the examples provided by Hitzig with closure on FUT, I can’t see how anyone can prove there is donor regeneration in the donor based on those pics. Take a look at some trico donor closure pics by Hasson and Wong, they look just as good as Hitzig’s.

what you are doing is to the benefit of all of us… we’re all really keeping our fingers crossed that the results that you will achieve great results!!

Forget about Hitzig for god sake. Just say to Dr Cole, give me a hair transplant and use ACell to see if you can get some extraction site regrowth. You will get a top class hair transplant anyway, as good as anywhere else in the world, and maybe some donor regrowth/good healing, and with a Dr that will scientifically evaluate the results.

Let Hitzig continue posting dubious photos if he wants.

Dr. Jones tried Acell and failed. Why? Cuz he didn’t know how to administer it effectively. If Cole doesn’t administer it correctly he will fail too but then say Acell doesn’t work.

If Hitzig is lying why would he say that he tried saline, that didn’t work, then he went on to arterial blood which did work. He doesn’t need to disclose that detail. He could have just said it worked with saline.
