Natural remedy for getting rid of itchy scalp

I "ve been using an herbal topical mixture for the past month and it completly got rid of my seborrea.
no more itchy scalp and no dandruff

Buy calendula succuss herbs. brew them into a strong tea. you can store it in the fridge then.
use once daily. mix quarter cup from that tea with the same amount of aloe vera juice/water
pour it on ur scalp and leave to dry.

every two or tree days use the following

15 ounces of aloe vera juice (buy food grade).

10 drops of lavender essential oil.
5 drops of tea tree oil (start with 5 drops and double if not found to be irritating).
5 drops of rosemary essential oil (also increase as needed).
Shake the formula each time before using

and use it in a sprinkle bottle

Piroctone olamine shampoo - will resolve issues and then combine another shampoo later of your choice

I am trying everything for this frickin seborrhea. I got some ketoconazole cream but that seemed to irritate and make my face redder than ever. I find the essential oils such a you suggested are the most effective…no burn! I don’t understand why dermatologists don’t recognize this.

physicians are not herbalists, or natural healers,
they will not recommend vitamins, or anything natural

they are taught to prescribe medicines, and pharmaceutical products
thats all they know thats all they recommend

doesnt matter if they believe natural products work, they will not talk about this to you since they do not require a prescription and thus make the doctor unnecessary

It sounds like a lot of work but if it works i may give that a try, do you think if i can pour the mixture into my shampoo and shampoo daily with that or does it have to be stored in a fridge?

PTO shampoo alongside Essential oil blend will work.

Pete

if you use George’s aloe vera then u don’t have to store it in the fridge, becasue that aloe doesn’t have any preservatives

Again, have you looked into ThermaScalp™ Anti-Itch spray?

TruthinAging.com recommends: “…Since I stopped using crappy, chemical filled shampoos, I am a stranger to itchy scalps. However, Greenstations promises that ThermaScalp Natural Scalp Therapy will put to any irritation within 60 seconds. In any case, I found this light spray a refreshing wake up call. Even sprayed on dry hair, it leaves no residue. Although it is much easier to massage into the scalp when the hair is still wet. ThermaScalp is also formulated to help healthy hair growth with saw palmetto and alpha lipoic acid.”

Oh, I’ve been looking to add a topical to my regimen. Not for itchiness, mind you. But something simple and natural, like this, to increase circulation. It’s reasonably priced as well.

sad excuse for a boardmember

Learn to read, Kojack. I didn’t recommend it. A lady from TruthinAging.com did.

Yeah, I posted someone else’s recommendation. So what, grandpa? I was merely passing on information that Jacob had given me. Something wrong with that?

Put on your reading glasses and Depend diapers, before making stupid comments.

Natural, it did sound like a recommendation. U know, i was gonna try it becasue i thought u were using it.

par for the course
Now go polish your bald head, your mom said she needs the computer
your sister called and said she will be over for her date with you

First of all quarterhead, it didn’t “sound” like anything. It “read.” Secondly, my post clearly stipulates that “TruthinAging recommends.” Thirdly, if I were using it, then it would be listed in my regimen. Lastly, if you thought I was using it, then why did you ask me in a previous post, if I was using it?

You have been running around this forum for months, starting numerous threads will similar titles, and until now I have not stated anything. But I will now. You need to settle down. Part of your problem, quarterhead, is that you have been jumping from one supplement/topical to another (e.g. Nizoral). You need to relax, as stress will only exacerbate your condition.
