My PTO shampoos

I know many have asked me what shampoos Im using to lower the inflammation response - here goes :

I also think you need to use a TOPICAL that reduces inflammation topically to promote regrowth!

I’ve been using a line called Kerastase Biotic. Instead of “killing”…it’s supposed to beef up the friendly guys…even the scalp’s immune system, according to them: http://www.connollyhair.com.au/PDF/Kerastase_Biotic_2008.pdf

Yeah Ive seen it, not sure how effective it is - how is it so far?
It may good alongside a shampoo that reduces the immune response.
They also have a hairloss shampoo that contains Piroctone Olamine.

Love it so far. They do talk about it reinforcing the scalp’s immune system.

Jacob,

Do you still use Morrocco Method and Lamas shampoo?

I like how MM shampoo makes my hair feel very thick afterward, but it doesn’t last forever. I still think I’ll get another bottle though.

If the Lamas shampoo is still good, I’ll get a bottle of that too.

I was using Phyto PTO shampoo, but my supply is just about done. It did keep my scalp dandruff free so no problems. I think I’ll try the Australian PTO tea tree shampoo Pete listed this time though to compare.

So I’ll be rotating between three shampoos. I’ll probably alternate between the MM and Lamas for the first wash and use the PTO shampoo every time for the second wash.

What I have realised is that shampoos which contain agents to drive down inflammtion ie PTO are good but they could be better utilised.

I still use the Lamas(and their new topical)…but not the MM these days. Been trying out others…and will probably use the MM again eventually.
