My girlfriend pushed me into posting; I haven’t been on this site for years (since the days on Ken and his “Hair Dots”. 
I’m 60 in 2 months and had my first hair transplant at the age of 21 (39 years ago in 1982). I had another transplant in around 1999. Then in 2003 I got really serious about supplements and researched everything. I had pretty amazing results (see pic 1).
I have kept up with my regimen since 2003 and here is a pic from this morning (April 11, 2021). I do color my hair but that all. My hair might be in the best shape since I was 19 years old.
