I had my hair transplant at Vera Clinic in February 2024.
From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of – both via WhatsApp before my arrival and later on-site at the clinic.
The clinic is extremely clean, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The procedure itself went smoothly and without any issues.
After the operation, I was driven to my hotel, and the next day I was taken back to the clinic for a follow-up, where I received my first hair wash and two additional therapies I had booked in advance.
Later, I was comfortably driven to the airport and flew back to Vienna – happy and satisfied.
I have to say: the Vera Clinic team was absolutely amazing, and I’m extremely happy with the results.
A special shout-out goes to Tolga, who stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp after the procedure, answered all my questions, gave me countless tips, forwarded my photos and videos directly to the medical team in Istanbul, and kept me updated throughout.
