Hair is difficult to “kill”. Often times men jump to conclusions regarding the onset of their male pattern baldness. When I was a teenager, I burned my hands pretty good when I placed them in caustic carburetor cleaner while washing parts. Not a brilliant move on my part, even for a sixteen year old. That didn’t kill the hair on my fingers and on the back of my hand.
There are ways to slow hair loss and even regrow hair to a limited degree.
