My experience with Bisanga (a completely nightmare)

Anyone who signs surgical papers without reading them, and admits it, meets most definitions of “stupid”. You can’t have it both ways, bro’…

I think you will have found your answer in the post started by Woods above.

There is the photos of the whole process, before the operation, the placement and the result one year alter.

I marked the area where supposedly I should expected the grafts growth, but as you can see there is not growth, what you see on the photos is my existing hair of before the procedure, not the follicular units placed.

My friends tell me that they don’t see any difference of before and after, maybe they are not experts on the hair transplant industry but more honesty than their words it is impossible.

Anyway, as I said many times before, the growth it is only one of the points why I am so disappointed, I expected more professionalism from a doctor who I supposed at that time that he was one of the top docs, obviously a top doc doesn´t work like the way that he work.

After reading the story that Dani had to say, my worry is not that he had a good or bad transplant done, I think it looks good, but is it true that he had to go at 11pm, no assistant, the whole atmosphere of the doctor coming down the stairs, he been in a 2 by 2 room… then he mentions about the legal invoice… Is this what happened in reality? Could the clinic please say if he is lying or not. Thank you!

Even if that was true, I am sure it was an isolated incidence. BHR had already posted their side of the story. I find it hard to believe that every procedure at BHR begins at 11pm. Also, if I recall, it was with the patient’s consent to do the procedure at night. It wasn’t like BHR was holding the patient hostage against his will in the middle of the night.

This case had been addressed by both parties involved and is closed as far as I am concerned.

By the way, FUE is a very labor intensive procedure. It is not uncommon for Dr. Woods’ patients to report that their procedures lasted till 2-3 am in the morning. A doctor doing the entire procedure is actually a good sign. Dr. Woods, Dr. Woods-Campbell, and Dr. Umar all do the entire procedure themselves without using technicians.

In the end, it’s the results that matter the most.

Last but not least, there is at least one unhappy patient with every clinic or doctor. No one clinic is immune. Hair transplant is not an exact science. There are bound to be patients who claim to be unhappy for one reason or another. You simply have to go with those who are able to produce consistent results over time.

Regards,
