If so you will notice a big difference

my hair looked like silk when i was taking it
I was thinking of crushing the pills into powder form then mix it with water and apply it to the scalp.

I was taking too many supps, like a huge handful, and I found that this supplement is not that useful for regrowth, so why take it,
However when taking this as well as Horsetail, separately, my hair grew like a weed, and my fingernails and toenails also, which is not necessarily a great thing, but it is understandable
I am actually now only taking beta sitosterol since i also ran out of my saw palmetto and it is so expensive here in manila, like 22 dollars a bottle or 25,
but my hair is doing great now so thats all that matters
even have my bangs back, which is a good testimonial that your regimen is working
when is the last time most of us saw bangs? long time ago
