The hair-loss effect in college can be a hinderance socially and academically . I experienced that through my first years of college. The bad scarring and poor cosmetic effect led me to wearing the hairpiece to try and get some peace of mind so I could finish college . Wearing the hairpiece was simply a step in the process needed to get where I needed to be - out of college /establish career/making what I needed to finish work on my transplants.

There are several steps/ ways to approach it. YOu can be as conservative or aggressive as you want depending on how the finances work. If you feel working in your crown area first that you will then get an idea of what coverage you can expect to gauge the frontal area. The frontal area is so important .

A lot of people still think that small sessions of FUE provide a higher yeild as compared to the FUE megasessions. There is really no proof of this theory so the decision is up to you.
