I need your advice about a minoxidil product that I have bought in China. Here is the like of the company that sell it : http://www.mandi.com.cn/toufa01.html

Do you think that minoxidil is as efficient as rogaine ? Its a minoxidil 5 % containing minoxidil ethanol.

I avoid buying anything from China - yeah, it’s hard to do these days…

buying drugs or treatments from china has got to be one of the riskiest things to do…

by the way, rogaine is minoxidil …

He is right, don’t buy anything from China. They have lost quality control. There were some recent situations that confirmed this to me regarding health supplements and what happened was unreal. Like he said Rogaine is just the brand name for topical minoxidil. It is very cheap here in the U.S. you can buy it for less than 10 bucks a bottle and you don’t have to worry about what’s in it, like products from China.

Im totally with the fact that it would be better to buy minoxidil in the US, but im actually in Chine so its impossible for me… I tried to buy products on Inhousepharmacy.com but they told me it is impossible to ship medicaments products to Chine because of the customs…

What im going to do :frowning:

? try to see if you can get an equivalent of loniten (=“minox tablets” ) and make your own solution???.. I think they have this drug in China. Could a doc there write a prescription for you?..

I have never heard about loniten… Is it like finasteride and propecia…

For the propecia, im actually taking this chinese propecia : chinaexpat.com/.../24/chinese-propecia-testing-drug-safety-myself.html

I hope it is distributed by Merks

So there must be a chinese equivalent of loniten (100mg minox tablets if I remember correctly).
