I’ve been trying to determine if Minoxidil has any affect on hormones/testosterone. Is anyone aware of any studies proving it has an effect on it?
I’ve seen that it can affect the local area of the scalp where it’s applied, but would like to know if it has any affect on overall hormone levels, and if so, to what extent.

Check the PDR (Physician’s Desk Reference Manual). It’s a blood pressure medication, so the answer is it probably does not affect the hormones.
Anecdotal stories are welcome too! 
it’s a vasodilator, i doubt it has any significant effect on hormones but doctors don’t know everything.
