Lysine hair loss treatment is the real deal,

» Now if you said L CYSTEINE helps hair loss yes I would agree
» but lysine, never heard that

Yeah right Hangin. All the supposed research you’ve done and living on the hairloss boards because you have no real life and now you “claim” you never heard about lysine…Bullcrap

The benefits of lysine are easily Googled. I have already presented several.
You always down play posts that don’t have you in the spotlight.

» The benefits of lysine are easily Googled.

Bullshiit! You haven’t presented Jack Squat, in the form of serious medical evidence. Anybody can find lots of garbage of every conceivable kind from liars and screwballs on the Internet; the real trick is to find LEGITIMATE MEDICAL SOURCES that support something. Get to work, and stop wasting our time with this garbage about lysine.

» wasting our time with this garbage about lysine.

“Our time”??? Numbnutz.

You speak for yourself. Don’t forget it.

Poor Kramer
still talking to himself and making up lies
and subscribing to lame brained theories

I can’t believe this thread is still going.

Lysine is a stupid little enzyme. One of many that our bodies use.

If you’re deficient in it, take more.
If you’re not deficient in it, then don’t.

Big deal.

Hairsite already posted a study involving lysine. The co-administration of L-lysine with known treatments for genetic hair loss such as minoxidil and anti-androgens results in a significant improvement in the efficacy of the treatment. The reason for this improvement in efficacy is not currently understood. It wouldn’t hurt to try it.

There is no “study” involving lysine and hairloss, in the sense that a “study” is something published in a legitimate medical journal. All there is, is a claim made in a patent that some clown took out for using it, most likely for the specific purpose of helping to sell some stupid product of his. BUT DON’T BELIEVE IT!! Get your hairloss advice from medical journals and medical prefessionals, not smarmy Web sites that are trying to sell you snake oil.

L Cysteine is the most abundant of the amino acids in our hair
supplementation with this is 100 times more noticeably effective than Lysine can every hope to be, when coping with hair loss

Once a drug official composition has run out other pharmaceutical company can then repeat the drug and sell it as a common version.
Generic propecia and inventive Propecia is usually precise a very safe and resonance drug, and very hardly any people have announcement side effects. a large amount of those that do monitor side effects are only awfully mild.
This medice plyes boost role as hair lose treatment.

There is one study conducted at SUNY by a team of researchers. They used Lysine to derive l-Carnitine. According to the study, l-Carnitine (Lysine) has anti-inflammatory elements which help treat hair loss

This is what you guys need to take a look at…including you Hangin…
Topical l-carnitine l-tartrate for regrowth from a doctor’s site.

Could this be the cure for hair loss?
Big Pharma accidentally discovered that a patented drug used for blood pressure, minoxidil, helped regrow hair. Boy, did they make billions! But you don’t need the drug. I am excited to tell you about a possible treatment for hair loss. If I could keep it a secret and market it, I probably would make a bazillion dollars in no time, just like Big Pharma. But I’d rather tell you about it and get your feedback. This is a dandy.

Researchers recently cultured human hair follicle cells. These are the skin cells responsible for making your hair. They incubated the cells with very low levels of L-carnitine tartrate for nine days. At the end of that time, the follicles treated with l-carnitine showed significant growth of hair.

But that’s not all. The treatment also slowed apoptosis, or preprogrammed cell death. It improved division of cells essential to making hair. It improved local cell growth proteins in the outer root sheath.

The authors concluded their fascinating study urging more research of this safe nutraceutical approach to male pattern baldness and other forms of hair loss. I agree. But there’s no reason to wait. It’s harmless. And this isn’t the only research I’ve seen on carnitine and hair loss. Other studies found that topical carnitine provides more ATP to the hair follicle cells. That makes sense since carnitine is intimately related to mitochondrial energy production from fatty acids.

Carnitine is readily available in your local health food store. Once you buy it, here’s all you have to do: Take a capsule, dissolve it in a small amount of carrier solution, and apply it to your scalp. Since DMSO is an outstanding solvent and means to carry substances into the skin, a weak 20% solution of DMSO could be the ticket. DMSO 20% is unlikely to irritate your skin. And there is no drug risk from the carnitine. You can find DMSO on the Internet.

If you try this solution, please let me know how it works. I’d love to beat Big Pharma at their own game.

Yours for better health and medical freedom,

Robert Jay Rowen, MD

There are a bunch of aminos that seem to beneficial.

Carnitine is lower on my list.

Taurine is alot higher as it will help with the immune response.

Pete

Maybe you need to read my post again Peter. Carnitine is used as a topical.
I also use Taurine as an internal. It eliminates fibrosis.

Yep I read the paste, if it helps you great!

The topical may help the “tail end” of the process on paper ie boosting mitochondrial function.

Dr Yecheil topical products seem alot more multifactiorial in their approach in comparison.

That is really nice hairsite. I admire writer that wrote remarkable articles on hairloss that are really useful to the readers like me for you teaches many lessons and provide endless useful information.

» Good find hairsite, finally some good info about lysine for hairloss, I am
» one of the first to use lysine+Propecia for hair, you can check my older
» posts , most posters ignore my posts because there are no studies to backup
» why lysine works better when used together with Propecia. Now i know I am
» correct all along!

I wouldn’t get too excited about that. You can get a patent on using Lysine with Holy Water for more successful exorcisms if you like.:stuck_out_tongue: You can get a patent for anything.

» Do you believe EVERYTHING you read on every smarmy Web site (the one
» promoting lysine for hair loss)?? There is no serious medical research
» that supports the use of lysine for that purpose. I think the people who
» took out that “patent” are just trying to make a buck. Caveat

, for chrissake.

Yeah well that may be true but I have read that if you mix a little Lysine with some good coke it’ll make your buzz last longer. And you’re erection too.

» » » » Which products according to Bryan are backed

» » » You really don’t know??
» »
» » I really don’t, Propecia and Rogaine?

» work…

Avodart and Nano shampoo?

Yes. And Proxiphen and Prox-N.

Bryan, what do you think about the before/after pic of the guy on http://www.drproctor.com/?

there is the same old “flashed” before and “non-flash” after pic trick. But there is growth as well, you think this is the typical response from using proxiphen?
