Hi everyone,

I would like to know if anyone knows how to make their own device for administering “low-level laser treatment”. I know that a user named "coffee"
did it as part of a very successful experiment and was hoping to replicate it.

I hope you are aware that there is no proven scientific study showing that laser works.
