Salt water induced hair loss is a severe type and very difficult to overcome. If you were lucky to suffer from MPB i would suggest propecia and minoxidol but at your case i can only think of a water filter or something.

Depends if he is talking salt in the drinking water
or salt in the water in the shower
I am talking about taking shower with salt water and not about drinking. For drinking I use filtered water only.
Just wanted to know whether hair will grow again which I lost because of taking shower with saltwater

how do you know you took showers with salt water that this hurt your hair?
I took two weeks salt water showers by the beach
didnt hurt my hair at all
Hello boss, I know salt water hurt my hair because, one month before I had thick hair. Except shower I use filtered water. Thatsway I am telling salt water hurt my hair.
Please let me know is there any possibility to get my hair back…

Chlorine and Salt Water. When swimming in chlorine water or in salt water, always wash hair afterwards with a clarifying shampoo. There are specially formulated shampoos for swimmers. The chlorine and the salt in the water can dry hair and make it very brittle. By washing the salt and chemicals out of the hair immediately after a swim may prevent this from occurring.
so if this is true, the salt in the water caused the hair to be brittle and break off, so that would mean the hair should grow back naturally if you give it time
