Any speculation or evidence whatever for choosing one over the other at this point?

Does one dissociate better than the other in a topical for higher lithium ion availability? Does one result in better penetration? Is one potentially less toxic or less damaging? Any evidence or speculation on exact mechanism of action which might suggest viable alternatives?

Lithium orotate you can get at a health food store, lithithium chloride I think you need a prescription and is mostly used for bi-polar dis-order. This just off the top of my head, don’t quote me on it.
