Dear readers,
Patient KP underwent his 1st session 3000 FUHT grafts procedure with us 10 months ago.
He is happy with the outcome and is now going for the next stage. At the time of his first HT, he also received a complimentary 14 beard hair to scalp procedure. The beard donor area healing is excellent and the growth, again, supports what we have found in out continuing study, i.e., hair does not change its characteristics on being transplanted.
The video below shows his result at 10 month post HT stage 220_file9.wmv
Can you please suitably edit the default version in the signature to accomodate for gender "Dr Ruby is located in NEW DELHI, INDIA and he is available to meet: YES"
It presumes that all posters are male.
But, if its too much problem, let it be.

Dr. Ruby,
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and sorry about that.
I will ask the programmer to edit out the HE entirely for the template so that it reads “Dr. Ruby is located in NEW DELHI, INDIA and is available to meet: YES”.
The impression of these pics are that a resonable but thinish coverage of type V can be achieved with 3000 grafts. That would be fine by me but it is at odds with other statments by Dr. Arvind.
» Results look great!

Can you elaborate on that please?
Meanwhile, I will post more pictures to show all aspects of the result.

Dear Marco,
I think I understand the problem.
KP’s 1st HT was limited to the front half only.
The crown is not transplanted. 3000 grafts is not sufficient for a NW 5 patient like KP.
In his 2nd HT, carried out now, he has undergone further work in the temples and the crown-vertex margin.

Excellent result, Dr. Ruby. Maybe, you remember me.
HNY 09 and keep up the great work.

» Pictures to follow.
Beard donor hair that was transplanted in KP’s 1st HT was placed far apart in the last row, mixed with scalp donor hair.
It has not changed its characteristic in terms of diameter and sheen. Knowing what to look for and where, it is possible to identify the transplanted beard hair.
The following picture shows a comparison between the transplanted beard and transplanted scalp hair. The 2 hair in centre are transplanted scalp hair and the 2 on the sides are the transplanted beard hair.
