whats all this talk about nettles it is not magic, it works, when it does work, better in conjunction with saw palmetto pygeum, beta sitosterol.

you should add multi minerals by the way to your regimen

It sounds like you’re noticing some early signs of hair thinning, especially in the front, which can be concerning. It’s great that you’re already thinking about ways to address it. Nettles, while known for their potential benefits in promoting hair health, might not be enough on their own to regrow or significantly thicken hair. They can be a helpful supplement, but managing hair thinning typically requires a more comprehensive approach.

Propecia (finasteride) and Nizoral (ketoconazole) are more established options that target hair loss. Propecia works by reducing the levels of DHT, a hormone linked to hair thinning, while Nizoral helps maintain a healthy scalp, which is crucial for hair growth. Maxi Hair, a supplement, can support overall hair health by providing essential vitamins and minerals, but it’s more of a supportive measure than a primary treatment.

Scalp massages are another good addition to your routine. They can help increase blood circulation to the scalp, potentially promoting healthier hair growth. However, for noticeable results, especially in the front where hair is already thinning, a combination of treatments is often necessary.

It’s also worth consulting with a dermatologist or trichologist to get personalized advice and ensure you’re choosing the right treatments for your situation. Early intervention is key, so it’s great that you’re proactive about addressing this!
