ICX phase III not before 2009

When reading the new ICX reports, you can read that they expect Additonal phase II data in H1 2008.

Then I don’t expect phase III before beginning of 2009, what do you think???

Which means, at least 1.5 years to get it completed due to the big numbers of people and I would add another 1 years for approval.

HM at the earliest 2012

A lot depends on if they release it early. If you look at the reports, it also states they are releasing Vavelta BEFORE phase II is complete. They are still gathering phase II data AFTER Vavelta is released. So if that’s true, perhaps it could be true for ICX-TRC as well. There’s no evidence to suggest that’s the case though. But perhaps they will follow a similar procedure for all of their products.

phase III won’t begin before 2009 almost for sure. And the rest of your calculations are about right. Maybe too optimistic in case that something went not optimal.

The only chance for earlier release is some trial workaround (commercialized phase III).

sounds possible, but 2009 sounds as possible too.

As stated from Intercytex, the earliest estimation is 2010 (ICX-TRC).

Mind that Intercytex also stated:

“We are investigating whether there are opportunities to initiate the small scale commercialization of ICX-TRC in 2008. This will depend on the outcome of the ongoing Phase II trial and further regulatory review.”

So, I personally believe that

small scale commercialization = phase III

If that is the case i estimate end 2008 / beginning 2009 phase III go live.

They need money and they will no delay in getting them.

Just out of curiosity if commercialised Phase 3 DID happen sometime in 2008, would anyone here go for it? If so, what would be the criteria that would convince you (ie. consistent results/spacing, the abililty to grow large amounts of hair, price…)

I’d do it if

a) hair evenly spaced across the injected area, pointed in the right direction and was terminal or near terminal.

b) Was under 10 grand (UK pounds).

some ppl on this forum wont rest until their given the exact date as to when TRC will be released. Well they’re in for some disappointment i’m afraid.

u will never get this right now

TRC released on 22nd Nov 2007
cost - £4500
Clinic - Intercytex - Manchester City centre

Intercytex r a business, they r not charity. They r there to make money and as long as there r competitors out there which there quite clearly r the lid will not be lifted.

They r commercially orientated and will at no cost compromise their position.

It would be nice if your correct. They already have my number,Remember volunteers name and numbers was taken for future reference. The Clinic would more or likely be the Farjo Clinic who are doing trials.
I live less than 50 miles away from Manchester,I have several thousand pound freely available. If i hadn’t the money,it would be worth taking a loan out!

LETS HOPE YOUR RIGHT!..BIG MAYBE!

Yes but to make that money they have to put new hairs in people’s head and to do that they will have to lift the lid at some moment.

BTW I consider funny that you write “they r …” instead of “they are …” when precisely you brits don’t pronounce the r. You could write “they aa …” instead. Just a silly comment.

Why would anybody be disappointed that it would be released in November of this year? And it only costs 4500? Even though there is no evidence that this could be released this year (an impossibility IMO), I still don’t understand the point of your post.
