No sh!t. “Old people and their findings” Ask this douch’e Chaston how old does he think Cotsarelis is? He should thank God for these so called “old people” and their findings.

heed him no attention! Chaleston is the same old troll we used to know as “Stevie.Dee”

And you are still the whiney moron you remain all those years.

Sorry but someone who is obsessed with hair loss in his 60s is just downright psychotic, he should be more aware of cancer

Thanks.

BTW, one thing I f’n hate, is being stereotyped as an old fart simply because of age.

It’s not written in stone for someone my age to be decrepit.

No more than it’s written in stone that someone half my age or even younger can’t possibly be decrepit: there’s a lot of out of shape decrepit young people, especially in the USA, these days.

Younger people should be inspired by guys like me and cheer me on, because we’re living proof that life isn’t good as over at 50+.

Or they can continue believing that people are washed up when they’re 50+, and it will be true for them when they are that age: because what you believe has a nasty habit of coming true.

Really? Do you think Chuck Norris is psychotic at almost 70? Because he must still obsess over his hair obviously, since he wears a piece. So what! The guy is still in great shape, has a hot looking wife and the “old man” would literally kick the crap out you…junior

  1. find a hole
  2. crawl to it
  3. die

I’m so goddamn sick and tired of bald/ing people who join a hairloss forum to slam others with the exact same condition. If you fit that category than I suggest hairloss is the least of your worries.

It’s going to be interesting to see if the results are compoundable and to what extent.

You said it Rev…that guy (chaleston) is a complete idiot!!

Guys,
the most important thing now is waiting for the official documents that Histogen should provide within the year end. In many internet forums I saw a photo of man supposed to have been treaten with Histogen who got a slight increase in his terminal hairs… I’m not so sure it’s an “original photo” since it was not pubblished on Histogen website.

I’m sure that what Histogen is claiming is true and a 30%/40% hair regrowth could be a very interesting results for many of us.

The most important thing I want to highlight is that Histogen, as of Today, is the only company which is respecting its original timeline. So it’s probable that we will have much more precise information within the year end when the phase I/II is expected to finish.

actually they are not. They exceeded their original timeline and have now even removed the timeline from their homepage and do not respond to questions concerning the timeline.

I don’t know about the original timiline on the website however I was reffering to what is written on clinicaltrias:

http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01501617?term=histogen&rank=1

Enrollment:56
Study Start Date:December 2011
Estimated Study Completion Date:December 2012
Estimated Primary Completion Date:June 2012

It seems to me they are in line…

However I wrote to Dr.Ziering who is supposed to be involved in Histogen’s trial.

That’s the answer I got (my question was about the results and if - in their opinion - Histogen could substitue HT in the future):

"Hello Ale,

Thank you for contacting Ziering Medical. I’m Donovan Chance, Patient Advocate for Dr. Craig Ziering. I received your web enquiry in regards to Histogen clinical trials. To date, clinical trials are still being conducted. The results presented on the Histogen homepage highlight the great potential of the product but still to early to tell. As trials come to a close in the near future Histogen will be in a better position to answer your questions directly."

As you see we need to wait what Histogen is going to pubblish… (I wrote them too)…

I see… I still wish they would set out a timeline for the product availability… hopefully they will proceed right to Phase III… does anyone know how long a phase III trail generally takes?

I don’t know how long it takes but in general if the phase 2 is finished it’s probable that you’ve something working in your hands…I could wait up to 2015 if Histogen works as it says

It proves something if they finish phase#2 with good enough results to justify funding a third phase.
