I recently had some blood work performed and this is the results (with regards to hormones):
•Free Testosterone 22.6
•Estradiol 19.0
•Dihydrotestosterone 5.0
•Testosterone, Serum 680
The supplements that I believe affect these numbers are:
•Avodart – Once every other day
•Proscar – ¼ on non-Avodart days
•Ultra Natural Prostate (saw palmetto + from LEF.org)
I am a bit concerned about the DHT level and am considering reducing the Avodart to twice a week and doing a half dose of the Prostate supplement.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
