I have never claimed my regimen works on everyone, or anyone for that matter. It is a total crapshoot that I could not care less if anyone tries. it is simply what works for me

Im a read-only user of this forum, readin just to follow the progress scientists make nowadays. I must say, im really annoyed by that pessimists vs optimists (maybe add realists as third party) debate. In my opinion, thats something to discuss maybe a single time when people can’t resist, but not ALL the time please. why? because in the end it doesn’t matter if youre optimistic or pessimistic, please let people have their opinion without chit-chatting around how wrong or right someone is. And there’s that faulty assumption that people who desperately hope for a cure, don’t have a life and care about nothing else than their hair. It’s you Hanginthere who always has to, for some reason, promote that debate. I don’t know why it’s sooo important to you, but please take a rest and just let go. I want to read here in the forum about what this forum is: HM&Research. If there’s anything science related you want to tell us or discuss about, then please keep it comin, but this chit-chatting is just ridicoulus.
This board is basically made up of a bell-curve. A small number of extreme optimists, a large number of those in the middle, and a small number of pessimists.
The problem is that a few of the extreme-pessimists seem to feel idealogically threatened by optimism just on principle. They don’t want to debate or state their opinion or inform others, they don’t want to learn from others . . . they just want say whatever it takes to keep 51% of this board pessimistic.

I agree with Hanginthere! He is entitled to have a different opinion then the majority on this site. He is not attacking anyone, he is only giving his opinion on the matter. That is what a forum is all about, to have people with different opinions discussing … although I am more positive about the upcomming treatments, I feel that we should have room for a different voice in this forum.

I do not respect people with such failing numbers. I think you would not respect HangingInThere if you read the disgusting comments Hairsite must delete from him.

to be honest I have not read all his postings, but quite a few and I never find them insulting, provocative yes, but never insulting. When joining a discussion on a forum, I think people should be able to cope with some provocative remarks. I think that many people react a bit too strong on any remarks he makes. So my take on the matter is… agree or dissagree with him but let us not ban anyone who is a bit provocative or has a different opinion…

This is not about banning anyone, it’s more about Hangin to realize that he reached a point where hes starting to bore us all, other than contributing anything. And if you would read more of his postings, you may see that he is in fact insulting from time to time, with a quite arrogant attitude. In fact, if he would be more respectful, fact-related (or scientific knowledgeable), and less arrogant, he may have some contribution in the pocket. Im sure he has some good will at his heart, but the way he does, he just bores me, telling nothing new at all, helping no one. i mean look at this very thread “Has this stuff been tested on humans. um NO -”. That has been discussed here multiple times in countless follica threads, but Hangin can’t resist to make his own thread, pointing his opinion out again and again, like we wouldn’t already know. Not far from that useless thread here, you find “Its only Hair”, by Hanginthere, i mean, yeah, wow, what a contribution, it’s only hair…
Thats just boring, and thats why i want that guy to please think before posting.
So hischko, im sure this board can cope with provocative remarks, but boring ones are just not necessary.
