and now it has doubled…wehn i first got on saw P my hair loss stopped…i lost like only 4-6 hairs…i went for my bday 5 days later from starting saw P And got bad sleep, drinking a lot of alcohol for like 3 days straight…then when i got back… ( still used saw p while on my getaway) the effects are not as good…my hair is falling out again like 20 hairs or more…what happened…did the alcohol mess up the effect of SP?? or is it replacing the bad hairs with new thicker ones…

the alcohol is a problem, same with excess sugar in your diet, are you on super hair vitamins of any kind? these are critical along with the dht blockers in my regimen, the B vitamins in the super hair vitamins cancel out the effects of bad diet , to some extent, well what happens is excess sugar or drinking uses a lot of B vitamins during digestion, and your hair NEEDS A LOT OF B VITAMINS thats why the super hair vitamins are absolutely loaded with Bs, and Biotin etc
i would tend to try adding a good vitamin mineral combo and tell me what happens to your fallout

ok thats good thats what i take, you might try adding a good chelated multi mineral, like Kal Amino Max, its cheap and it greatly increases the absorbtion of the vitamins
