Considering only zone 1 and 2 were covered it seems a little thin for 4000 grafts.

I would have to agree, the front ends could be more dense considering the number of grafts used. Hopefully things keep improving and the patient gets the desired result.

Hairtravel is only 4.5 months post op.
Simple rule of thumb suggests a 40% growth at this stage. Further growth and maturation will occur during the next 8 to 10 months.
