Focus of This Case: Hairline Naturality
In this case, special attention was given to designing a natural and age-appropriate hairline:
• The hairline was positioned just above the patient’s native hairline, allowing us to preserve his natural facial symmetry
• We made use of existing vellus hairs below the designed hairline, subtly blending the transplanted area and enhancing naturalness
• This approach avoids unnecessary lowering of the hairline, which:
o Preserves valuable donor grafts
o Supports long-term planning, especially considering:
Future crown requirements
Potential progression of hair loss over time
The result is a hairline that looks undetectable and sustainable, rather than artificially dense or aggressive.

Donor Area Management
We are also including immediate post-operation images of the donor area, which demonstrate:
• Minimal trauma
• Uniform extraction using very small punch sizes
• Even distribution of extractions across the donor zone
This careful approach ensures that the donor remains healthy and available for future procedures if needed, which is a key pillar of responsible hair transplantation.
