This 33 year old patient came to us for hairline correction and density improvement
Patient History:
Previously done 2 hair transplants from other clinics

First Hair Transplant in 2016 from another clinic, 2000 FUE grafts. The patient was not satisfied with unnatural looking hairline, pluggy grafts and low density.

Second hair transplant in 2017, 1500 grafts were implanted, as per patient statement hairline went more unnatural, straight and pluggy than previous one.
Challenges:
1.Extraction of wrongly placed grafts from the hairline
2 Hairline redesigning
3 Interstitial graft implantation to fix plugy impressions
4 Density Improvement at sparse areas
5 Depleted donor density due to previously done FUE extractions
Procedure:
Combination of FUT + FUE, in order to correct the hairline and to cover the maximum area in a single session
