  5. Graft Extraction

    • Conducted with a 0.8 mm titanium punch under magnification.

    • Duration: 160 minutes.

    • Graft quality: 10% single-rooted, 90% double/triple-rooted (ensuring higher density).

  6. Graft Preservation

    • Stored at 4°C in a graft chiller, immersed in RL solution.

  7. Implantation

    • Grafts implanted using K.E.E.P. implanter.

    • Duration: 3.5 hours.

Recovery & Hair Growth Journey

  • Shedding Phase (0–3 months):

    • Around 40% of transplanted hairs shed (a normal process).

  • Baby Hair Growth (3–4 months):
