  • Total Grafts: 4496 (80% were double and triple-rooted → higher density outcome)

  • Slit Creation: Sapphire-tip blades (1.2 mm for hairline, 1.4 mm for rest) under magnification

  • Implantation: Done with K.E.E.P. implanters (~3–3.5 hours)

  • Storage: Grafts preserved at 4°C in RL solution in a chiller machine

  • Adjunct Treatment: 3 PRP sessions at 2-month intervals + DHT blockers + Minoxidil 5% & 10%

Post-Procedure Growth & Results

  • 0–3 Months: Shedding phase, native hairs stabilized with PRP

  • 3–5 Months: New sprouting seen at hairline and frontal zone, density improved
