Actually he corrected himself. It was a typo. The price is 1.50$ per graft if I’m not wrong.
» the procedure per graft is more like $ 2.50 and his Fue training was with Dr M. Elliot and Dr. True of Bev Hills and New York. He also attends the ISHRS seminars which he is a member of and also the ESHRS which he is also a member.
Also for trivia the fue evolved from the original punch grafts that were being done in the late 80’s… we just made them a lot more smaller!!!
Very rarely do I come out against another clinic even though on an almost daily basis I see photos or postings by other clinics that push the boundaries of my temper. This time that boundary has been breached.
As I perused the postings today here on Hairsite I noticed this thread was still active and growing and of course the five cent per graft postings caught my attention. After reading through some of the postings the first thing that I noticed in Dr. Manzanerez’s first post was the background of having worked on “many celebrities” blah,blah,blah. So what. In addition, when someone asked this clinic if they could name any of the celebrities they’ve worked on the response was that it would not be “appropriate”. Well, actually, it’s not only inappropriate it’s ILLEGAL just like if they were to reveal the name of any patient.
But the biggest thing that stunk to me was the photo gallery. If Dr. Manzanerez is so damned hot then why does he feel the need to lift photos of patients from other clinic website galleries?

The after photo is enlarged on the bottom right. The two images on the left are taken from our archive from our in house server and used to be in our online gallery a few years ago. This patient had his procedure in 2002.
While I am proud of what I do and I always enjoy helping others with their hair loss needs it is acts of fraud and deception like this that make me sick to my stomach and leave me questioning whether or not the hair restoration industry will ever come out it’s position as the “black sheep” of the cosmetic s industry. With doctors like Dr. Manzanerez practicing I seriously doubt it. Now please excuse me while I go take a shower to rinse this disgusting feeling off.

Nevertheless this post helped me to gain a very interesting insight in the Hasson and Wong modus operandi and more importantly I watched for the first time their amazing results… what can I say I’m dead impressed!
Good catch Jotronic. I also find it quite amusing or shall I say distasteful. If you go to their website where they ask you to sign up, they are offering referral commissions, man that’s the last thing I want to hear before I go for a hair transplant.

I ask that the clinic respond to this because I’m very interested in whatever excuse they can come up with. Since the patient is OUR patient I think we deserve at least that much. Dr. Manzeranez, if you are reading this and want to respond know that the “webmaster mistake” excuse has been used before and is ludicrous. How does a doctor not know what is on his own website and if he did the actual work or not? No doctor that performs these actions should be posting and luring patients to the clinic much less be operating one.

Reminds me of the President of the phils, and her cabinet, who are all corrupt as hell, who refuse to go to the sentate here and testify, and are hiding out now, and the country is thinking just how to throw them all out, with another people power revolution, this weekend is the anniversary of the revolution when they threw out Marcos in the 80s.

WOW! This forum seems to get bigger. Sorry for not replying as I had my rigid review last two days for my final exams on Master of Business Administration. I will call the attention of Dr. Frank for this as I’m only an affiliate of him. There’s should be a good reason Dr. Frank will answer. I know Dr. Frank personally and I always go to their clinic in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines. I referred lots of patients to him (mostly my relatives in the US and UK) and actually make a living on that. I personally saw the improvements in hair restoration of each and every patients I referred to him. Maybe this could be a technical concern on their staff who made the images to be transferred to the site. Dr. Frank is not a technical savvy. And I know that his staff is in-charge to their website and other advertisements (online and traditional). Dr. Frank is too busy for his growing number of patients here and abroad and maybe cannot give an ample time online. I will surely tell this one to him. Let’s not be judgmental. We are only humans. No body’s perfect.

There is no way that another clinics photos can accidentally end up on another doctors forum, the only way for this to happen is for the doc to purposely go out and search other sites, or hire guys to do that for him, and repost the other sites pics\

there is no such thing as a rogue employee like that, filipinos are great workers, very loyal, they do a super job in their work, and they are very careful to do what their boss asks for. To Imply that this posting of another doctors pictures was an accident or purposely done by a rogue employee does not fly. The doc may not be tech savvy, but I am certain he sure as hell knows how to open his own website and click on the pics , and since this is the first photo and patient on the site, the doc certainly approved it and knows about it. Unless he is so out of touch with life to let someone pull off a scam like this, I would not want to go to a doc who does not even know what is on his own website

My uncle, who is a Filipino-American, had a vacation last Christmas here in PH. He had a hair restoration with Dr. Frank. And he had a great result. As Christians, we should not judge our neighbors as we have our own mistakes if you want to call that a mistake/scam. Wait till Dr. Frank call his attention on this. by having someone elses photos on his website, he just trashed his own reputation
