It seems that most people understand that there are ways to slow down hairloss, namely:

Hormone balance - Saw Palmetto and Pygeum.
Scalp immune response - “Scottish Study” Essential Oil topical

There are also very cheap ways of improving the condition of exisitng hair. Im using a shampoo that contains Piroctone Olamine and a shampoo that contains menthol on alternate days. Will report back!

I find that curcumin, resveratrol, and tocotrienols work much better.

Other factors related to hair loss are insulin resistance and inflammation, which must be addressed before you can properly assess your hair loss condition.

Who says that a topical is necessary to achieve regrowth?
