An excerpt from the PR:
“Terms of the 10-year agreement include an intellectual property escrow provision which guarantees Intercytex access under certain conditions to BioLife’s HypoThermosol storage and preservation media when used in the production of Intercytex’ VAVELTA (ICX-RHY), a facial rejuvenation product and ICX-TRC,
a hair regeneration product, as well as annual license fees payable to BioLife.”

Thank you for posting this. A lot of people assume that what I stated earlier was fluff, but as time goes on, we see more and more small statements, building blocks, and hints, if you will, to a larger goal.

By stating this, I am in no way taking credit for the recent trend in statements by ICX. I do not work for them nor do I have firsthand information at all times, but I do have a source and what I have read is precisely what is unfolding as we sit back and wait.

This is good news I can’t wait for them to get through these trials.
Damn I love this company if I were in the UK right now I would definitely be buying their stock.

This is good because it shows that they have everything in place to move right to commercialization when they have passed all the trial stages. What I mean by this is that if they were allowed by the British version of the FDA to market after phase II they would be ready to do it fairly quickly. I believe they will succeed in bring ICX-TRC to market as far as when they do it is anyone’s guess. I personally think 2010 is definitely a reasonable deadline as well as anything after 2008 saying they get an early approval like they did for ICX-RHY. I believe that after the summer and in the fall is the perfect opportunity to buy ICX stock. I will probably invest 10 grand in them at this time. Investing in this company is probably the best thing I can do right now to cure my own baldness it definitely beats pouring more money into snake oils.

For me this news shows that the management of the company starts to invest on the the mechanisms of commercialization, this is a good sign that they are confident in their products, that maybe even they see good results appearing from the phase 2.
