It should help with the immune response / inflammation - when applied topically in Alopecia Areata and MPB.

AFAIK the essential oil does not contain apigenin. An alcoholic extract (tincture) does.

Both herb tea and supplement may be useful.

About eo of german chamomile ,
some article says it contains apigenin. Some does not.

Anyway , eo of german chamomile is traditionally used for hair growth.

Well, the main activ ingredient in the essential oil is alpha-bisabolol, which makes up ~50% of the oil. But the oil has some alergenic potential and has a whitening effect. To avoid these problems, I use the pure alpha-bisabolol, which is an anti-inflammatory and penetration enhancer, and I combine it with minoxidil, and also the oils of lavender and thyme. So far I am very pleased with the results - it fully halted my mpb and there is some regrowth on my temples, where no hair has been for a very - I mean very - long time.

And I found floral water.

Floral water contains ingredients which is water solubility.

Floral water is often used for skin care.

Fw of german chamomile may contain apigenin.

Green banana peel? Reminded me of Zormazor from Elsom…Dr Y had this to say: “Green banana peel has many advantages but of the most impressive ones is its ability to stimulate substantial cell multiplication and wound healing. Green banana peel has demonstrated its activity in healing peptic ulcers induced by aspirin. Green banana peel was effective as both prophylactic and remedial treatment. Pretty much the reasons why I suggested it. Its just one mode of action of many that may help.

Id like to see Dr Y come up with a topical one day that combines all of his topcials into just ONE or maybe TWO topicals

I think the concentration/% of each ingred wouldn’t be enough then. I like that about him…doesn’t skimp on the ingreds. But if he could only get some of them to smell a bit better…

He knows his stuff…that’s for sure.

Yes he does - he has far too many topicals though

Alot of work seems to be going in terms of regeneration which can should help, however i get the feeling that the solution is nearer to home ie maintaining growth topically.

Has anyone of you managed to halt the hairloss wthout using dht blockers, or rogaine?

The reason is that my stomach is sensitive and i can’t take the dht blockers. they are too heavy for me.
a month ago i used aloe vera water on my haed and after a week the shedding stopped completely for ten days. then it picked up again but at a slower pace.

any advise is appreciated

Combine some topicals.

When I decided to go down the topical route, I noticed that something was missing from all the topcials - they do not seem to address the underlying issue which seems to be going on due to this hormonal imbalance .

Combine some topicals - Dr Yechiel has some good ones.

When I decided to go down the topical route, I noticed that something was
missing from all the topcials - they do not seem to address the underlying
issue which seems to be going on due to this hormonal imbalance .

Hey Pete
If by topical you are referring to minoxidol products, then I cannot use those because i already suffer from sebhorric dermatitis. So using the minoxidol will cause a crazy itchiness and redness from the 1st day.
