I recently had a FUE with Dr.Armani and i had a bunch of singles put into the temples because i didnt want to go too agressive and wanted it to look natural. But if down the road in the future depending on how the rest of my hair looks i want to thicken my temples up a bit, can i have double follicle units implanted INTO my single follicle units to make them triple follicle units? How about implanted single follicle units into single follicle units to make them double follicle units?

I have a hard time following your logic.
You had singles placed to have a natural look (which is good). Now you want to put doubles along with your singles ? If you do this in the first lines of the hairline it will look unnatural.

Yes Arvind has done this with body hair. He has combined placed two single hair follicles into the same recipient hole. This would be dificults to do at a later date ie place one unit onto a recipient slit and then another into the same slit later.

» Hi,

» How was the yield of the growth?
I think you’re making this more complex than it needs to be.
If you are really just wanting to thicken up the area that you had transplanted, then you can probably get more grafts implanted among the existing HT grafts during a later procedure.
