That would be nice, I am curious what he’s going to talk about.

too bad it´s on the other side of the globe; I hope that some participants will report about it here

The seminar just concluded.

It was attended by independent doctors, journalists and members of the public.

The spokesperson of the ruling Congress party was also present.

11 (eleven) live patients were present and everyone met them and examined their results.

The patients included those with

  1. Strip FUHT, triclosure
  2. Body hair to scalp transplants
  3. Scalp FUSE transplants
  4. Beard hair to scalp transplants.

2 of the patients (FUSE/fue) present were buzz cut.

People were impressed with the quality of work.

I will post lots of pictures of the seminar today and tommorrow.

Thats Dr. A, and alongside him is the former Professor and Head of Department (Gastroenterology), from the reputed AIIMS hospital.

Thats the seminar venue just before the start.

Thats a group photograph of the patients along with Dr. A

That is Eric, talking to eager members of the public who wanted to know all about his experience.

Shows Dr. A showing the donor area of Sunil, (who had 5300 fuht 3 months ago by strip), to the visitors.

Wow, a lot of people in the audience. The video quality is great but the audio is blurry, was the seminar in English ?

It must be in English, I could hear Dr. Arvind kept saying “male pattern baldness”, well I assume that was Dr.A at the podium.

The preview is just the videos I shot with the webcam. Not the greatest audio quality.

The complete seminar was recorded by the videographer. I will load it later.

Yes, the seminar and subsequent interaction period was mostly in English.
The videographer’s video has better sound quality. I will post it later.

It looks like it is a very well organized seminar. Did Dr. A talk about anything that we don’t already know? I assume the seminar is tailored for newbies who are new to BHT and FUE anyway so we haven’t really missed much.

I guess it had things for everyone.

It had patients where beard hair were extracted. People got to examine the beard donor to see that there was no visible marks/scarring.

They got to examine the strip scar with triclosure to see how noticeable, or otherwise, it is when done at our clinic.

They got to see how natural the hairgrowth looks afte HT (under twenty overhead lights as well as the tropical sun lighting the seminar room).

They got to see growth of the transplanted body hair.

They got to see atleast 2 patients who now keep a buzz cut months after their FUSE procedure.

They got to see how difficult it is to point out the beard, scalp and body hair separately after they start growing on the scalp.

They got to see the artistic capability of our doctors in creating various types of hair restorations, hairlines etc.

They got to meet a badly scarred girl who has got hair growth by transplants.

They got to see eminent doctors as well as journalists quizzing Dr. A and the patients.

Most importantly, they got to interact with the patients direct.

But, once I manage to upload it, it will be available for the veterans to see too.
