i had hair transpnat. i want to use medicine. which one is better?finasteride or durasteride?

In most cases, Finasteride with minoxidil should be enough. That’s what most people use anyway. If this combination doesn’t work for you, using dutasteride is not likely to help much either.

Talk to your hair transplant doctor and ask for his advice or recommendation.
