I started using Natural Prostate by country life two weeks ago. The product has a mix of pygem, saw palmetto and others. Since then, I have been shedding tremendously. what should i do ? is this common?
plus I want to say that I tried using aloe vera water several days ago to get rid of the inflammation and itching. and after 24 hours it started doing wonders. i would recommend it to everyone. its cheap. I apply two caps twice daily and leave it to dry on my head, takes about 20 minutes

you might try, since you think so highly of The Natural

shedding is unpredictable
in my general opinion it is a red flag to stop that regimen however when I was on
nizoral cream I had extreme thinning in that area, that grew back way thicker within a year
I have never had shedding on dht blockers, quite the opposite
I cannot say to keep on the dht blockers or stop them it is totally your call. There are not too many dht blocker people on the board , heck i rarely post nowadays except in the last 2 weeks or so.
everyone/s body responds differently to different regimens it is very difficult to say, this guy did this so that means that so and so regimen will do XYZ for you because it did that for some other guy.
I agree Nizoral is a very harsh shampoo for the scalp , i think mine imflamed when i used nizoral , a No No for me , yes i did advise quarterhead for aloe vera and am glad it helped him , did u try lemon juice for dandruff ? i beleive Hangin has been longer than any one else on this board using DHT Blockers so he has valuable inputs , as for me i just use Beta S , since 3 yrs and a few Vitamins, actually i have many small hair ,but they need to go terminal , overall i am happy with my hair with using Beta S.

worked perfect
i tried the lemon one time . my head got inflamed . I guess it was because my scalp was irritated already so the addition of the lemon got things worse.
Hangin
what should i use to aid the absorption of dht blockers. I’m using pwer-zyme but its too stron and it says don not use it if u have ulcers or stomach pain. and i do have a bad reflux so my stomach situation deteriorated.

absorption all i know is what increases absorption of general supplements and vitamins and that is a good chelated mineral
minerals are more important than vitamins and without the proper balance of minerals the supplements and vitamins will pass right through your system without being absorbed
Quarterhead nice to hear that aloe worked for u , as for Lemon , its acidic and hence u get the imflammed reaction as soon as the skin comes in contact with a Citrus material ., Lemon is also considered as a Natural Bleach , But i advise u that it will hurt /Immflame ur scalp for a few Minutes , BUT it wont Damage ur hair / Scalp , just bear the immflamation for 10 mins and after u finish 30 mins just rinse with Cold water and see the Shine and dandruff Free Hair u get in a few days , its worth the pain Bro.

I once made the mistake of putting peppermint oil on my head, it supposedly is a dht Blocker or not sure why I did it,

I think I was supposed to dilute it very well however I put it on straight
again that hurt like a MF

Ok. I had to stop the ultra natural prostate product, It was too strong for my stomach , caused me pain everytime i took it.
so I bought a multi chelated mineral. I take it 4 times a day as instructed.
I want to add beta sisterol , but what dosage should i use. there seems to be conflicting dosages in the forum.
would that be enough? any other thing u suggest for me?

low dosage about 125mcg is what I take
high dosages will give you oily scalp and itching

Hangin, do u use beta sitesterol 125 mg on its own, becacause I couldn’t find the supplement in the shops . they only had complex suplements that had some beta sit. in them
