Essential Oil Blend alongside shampoos/topicals

When I first looked into how the Essential Oil blend would possibly work it seemed it may help alongside a topical to lower inflamamtion thus promoting the actions of a TOPICAL to regrow hair.

I now think it would ALSO work just as good to help the Shampoos designed for hairloss. These shampoos if used frequently can dry the scalp out after a while. So an Essential Oil blend would help to re condition the scalp.
