Can anyone tell me when Dutasteride was approved for BHPD? I’d like to read up on long term side effects of dutasteride before I get on this stuff.
By side effects I dont mean sexual sides or dryness, I mean serious things like prostate cancer.

It was approved in 2002
And yes, I believe with dutasteride and finasteride, there is a chance, granted a small chance, of prostate cancer with 5-alpha reductase inhibitors
