I took duta for many years with no apparent problems, took a break for a while but when I resumed I started getting heart palpitations, during the break I had started taking vitamin D, C as well as zinc and magnesium . I can’t seem to find any evidence of interactions with any of those though. Any ideas?
Dutasteride may interact with other medicines and supplements. Before taking dutasteride, tell your healthcare provider about any prescription or over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins/minerals, herbal products, and other supplements you are using.
Update: I seem to have solved it, I’ve been taking NAC which is an amino acid, that combined with duta seems to cause me heart palpitations as I’ve resumed duta with NAC and the palpations have ceased
