This pacient previously underwent a strip technique surgery in Italy, obtaining a poor and unsatisfying result. Follicular units were implanted too much in deep and with a insufficient density; moreover, the direction of exit of transplanted hair was wrong. Dr Koray Erdogan re-built the patient’s frontine working with native and transplanted hair, hiding the plugs of the previous surgery and increasing the general naturalness of the result.
