Dr.Keser, Derma-Plast Clinic, Ankara, Turkey, presents one of his cases, 30-year-old patient who started losing his hair at 25. The patient has never taken medication to prevent hair loss. The patient received 2500 FUE grafts, and 9 months after the transplant he is very satisfied with the results.

The patient plans a second transplant to add density. Around 3,000 grafts available in the donor area were evaluated for future transplants.

Dr. Keser employs only manual methods, punches from 0.7 to 0.9 mm, and all critical phases of the transplant, such as extraction and implantation to ensure the highest quality transplant, are performed by himself, assisted by 2 qualified assistants.
