A 31 year old male presented with the complaint of hair lose in the frontal and the vertex area. he was diagnosed to be case of androgenic alopecia grade 3 vertex.He had already taken medicine and was advised hair transplant for the same. He choose to undergo hair transplant by bio FUE method. A total of 2526 were taken from the permanent zone of the scalp area. The surgery was an uneventful and the patient has now come back after 6 months and he is very happy with the result of the front side of the scalp.
