Here we have a strip case of 4229 with Dr.Bisanga. Patient wished to redesign hairline and to move back through the frontal area where he had miniaturisation.

Once again a great result! Perfect angulation… With angulation like this, it is almost impossible to spot a transplant. To bad my transplanted hair grows almost straight up :frowning:

I think it’s because he cut his hair real short on the sides and grew the hair long on top, so it looks like someone has a piece attached to his head. Other than that, I think it’s pretty impressive he went from a class 4 to a class 1/2

I wonder how short he can cut his hair in the back? Are there any pics showing the back?

This is not a back shot “per se”…apologies but photos were taken and supplied @ 10 months by patient. Hopefully will give an indication of how he wears his hair at the back.
